Kwetsbaarheid melden
Informatieveiligheid is mijn vak. Toch kan ook mijn eigen website of digitale omgeving een kwetsbaarheid bevatten. Vindt u er een, dan hoor ik dat graag, zodat ik die snel kan verhelpen.
Hoe meldt u een kwetsbaarheid?
- Mail uw bevinding naar vulnerabilityreport@k-bytes.nl, liefst zo snel mogelijk na de ontdekking. Versleutel uw melding bij voorkeur met mijn publieke PGP-sleutel (vingerafdruk
232C C80C 77B6 4F59 6DD9 88FA CF81 569F B046 4017). - Beschrijf het probleem zo duidelijk mogelijk, met de stappen om het na te bootsen.
- Laat uw contactgegevens achter, zodat ik u kan bereiken. Melden onder een pseudoniem mag ook.
Wat vraag ik van u?
- Maak geen misbruik van de kwetsbaarheid: bekijk, download of wijzig niet meer gegevens dan nodig is om het probleem aan te tonen.
- Deel het probleem niet met anderen totdat het is opgelost.
- Gebruik geen aanvallen op fysieke beveiliging, social engineering, (distributed) denial-of-service, spam of toepassingen van derden.
- Plaats geen achterdeur en verwijder gegevens die u bij uw onderzoek hebt verkregen zodra het probleem is opgelost.
Wat mag u van mij verwachten?
- Binnen vijf werkdagen een ontvangstbevestiging met een eerste beoordeling.
- Als u zich aan de voorwaarden hierboven houdt, doe ik geen aangifte tegen u.
- Ik behandel uw melding vertrouwelijk en deel uw persoonsgegevens niet zonder uw toestemming met anderen.
- Ik houd u op de hoogte van de voortgang en los het probleem zo snel mogelijk op.
- Als u dat wilt, noem ik u als ontdekker nadat het probleem is opgelost. Een financiële beloning kan ik niet bieden.
Reikwijdte
Dit beleid geldt voor www.k-bytes.nl en de bijbehorende subdomeinen. Het volgt de Leidraad Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure van het Nationaal Cyber Security Centrum (NCSC). Het meldadres staat ook in security.txt.
Report a vulnerability

How to report a vulnerability
- Email your finding to vulnerabilityreport@k-bytes.nl, preferably as soon as possible after discovering it. Please encrypt your report with my public PGP key (fingerprint

- Leave your contact details so that I can reach you. Reporting under a pseudonym is also fine.
What I ask of you
- Do not abuse the vulnerability: do not view, download or change more data than needed to demonstrate the problem.
- Do not share the problem with others until it has been fixed.
- Do not use attacks on physical security, social engineering, (distributed) denial-of-service, spam or third-party applications.
- Do not place a backdoor, and delete any data obtained during your research once the problem has been fixed.
What you can expect from me
- An acknowledgement with an initial assessment within five working days.
- If you comply with the conditions above, I will not report you to the police.
- I will treat your report confidentially and will not share your personal data with others without your permission.
- I will keep you informed of progress and fix the problem as quickly as possible.
- If you wish, I will credit you as the finder once the problem has been fixed. I cannot offer a financial reward.
Scope
This policy applies to www.k-bytes.nl and its subdomains. It follows the Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure guideline of the Dutch National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). The reporting address is also listed in security.txt.
